These “Charities'' certainly never acted in the interest of helping people. They simply extorted money from people for victimless crimes and mandatory narcotic tests to humiliate and punish, not help.

Welcome to Florida, “The Sunshine State”! While known for its lovely beaches and theme parks, Florida also has a dark side. With 66+ correctional institutions and probation programs that rake in BIG money, there's a saying often used to describe that sunshine state. 

A more appropriate slogan would be “Florida: Come on vacation, leave on probation”. Well, now that just wouldn’t have the same ring...or draw the tourists in! And Lord knows Florida needs to keep them soon-to-be probationers coming to keep their tax dollars flowing to the sunshine state long after they’ve gone home!

All of this brings us to these 3 spring breakers, Asia, Mina, and Ami, who were all just visiting for spring break and trying to enjoy a beautiful day at the beach. That is before they were pulled over by one of the corrupt small-town sheriff's departments whose sole job is to funnel new victims to the for-profit private jail and prison. They are the largest employer in this county, so the cops misuse their power to keep cells full, and probation fee’s coming!

These poor girls were merely locked up because the police found a little bit of green. Rather than doing the right thing and letting them enjoy their spring break, the revenue machine went to work arresting all three. They are taken down to the jail to be booked...and searched...and humiliated. Three college hotties were sure to make the guards and jail doctor happy!

While the three girls wait in the holding cell, handcuffed and shackled together, they complain they have done nothing wrong. Finally, the doctor enters to the girls are upset at their situation. He explains that he doesn’t care if they are innocent or not since he has a job to do. 

They begin mocking him, calling him gay, but he informs them that regardless of his sexuality, he will strip and cavity searching all three of them! And to save time, they are all going to experience their shared humiliation together!

Unlocking the cell, the doctor leads the girls into the center of the room. 

He removes the handcuffs and orders them to strip, with the ankle cuffs still attached, before he inspects each of the girls for contraband. 

The search continues as the doctor selects which girl will undergo their mandatory physical first. After much banter, Ami volunteers to go first, the other two girls standing completely nude and completely silent now.

With 2 tables and 3 girls, Doctor Tampa thinks Asia is the hottest of the trio. He selects Asia along with Ami, putting Mina back in the cell. He prepares for their examinations with all three nude and complaining about the situation. Asia, not wanting to comply with his commands, ends up with a shock collar on her so the doctor can complete her examination, and if she doesn't comply, gain her compliance. 

Asia continues her misbehavior despite the shock collar. She pulls her leg out of the stirrup and kicks the doctor! She doesn’t know it, but he's made up his mind to treat her differently than the rest, punishing her for her insubordination and secretly his own pleasure.

Ami questions Doctor Tampa if he is a real doctor, which he assures them when they make their call, they can see his degrees right next to the phone bank! Doctor Tampa begins examining Asia, noting she is getting wet, possibly at the sight of her friends, probably because she enjoys her humiliating position! He doesn’t intend to let her off the exam table until the others have been thoroughly examined. 

He’s very much excited by her hot body strapped down spread eagle on the exam table. He works his way around the room, wheeling over instrument trays to fully examine Ami and Asia while also performing a cavity search at the same time.
