North Dakota has faced serious protests over the oil pipelines they are trying to run through Native American land. After months of protests, the media finally picked up on the story. The water protectors are now joined by big names, including Hollywood celebrities and Broadway Stars.

The Morton County Sheriff's Department feels very embarrassed that they can't quell these protests, so they develop a solution. Mass arrests and mistreatment of the protesters!

The sheriff's rounduped and arrested all the protesters in one day, leaving the jails overflowing. Some are stuffed into cramped cells or pet cages, inmate numbers written on their arms by guards. Some are left naked in cold cells all night as punishment for their activism. Others get even worse treatment!

Two protesters who receive special punishment are best friends for life, Bri and Karisma. After being ordered to disperse, they didn’t and were roughly manhandled and groped while being arrested. Now they await their fate, wondering what is going to happen as they stare out of the jail cell into a room that looks like a medical office with two intimidating surgical tables dominating the room, complete with straps, restraints, and stirrups with their own set of restraints.

The jail doctor arrives and informs the inmates they are going to be processed beginning with a strip search where they will squat and cough over a mirror. The naked friends are fingerprinted and nude booking photos are taken before being made to get onto the surgical tables. Once secured spread eagle by the table’s stirrups and restraints, the doctor thoroughly examines both of the protestors before pulling his dick out and casually sticking it in both of them to ensure they know he is in control of the situation and their bodies.

With their examination complete, the doctor begins to medically interrogate Bri and Karisma with a violet wand as they scream in shock and pain. He also impacts and hits the girls with BDSM toys he brought from home, having hoped for a day he could bring his punishment toys from home to work! Doctor Tampa asks for information about other protestors and if the girls will return to the protest once they are free. The girls insist they are done protesting, but Doctor Tampa isn’t won’t let them go free until he is sure they understand the gravity of their situation and won’t ever be returning to protests in Morton County.
