A woman named Stefania Mafra has been arrested and is in the process of being booked at Rikers Island jail. She has no idea that the jail requires all women to undergo a mandatory gynecological exam, despite multiple lawsuits that should have made this stop.

But the warden likes misusing his power over women. He continues to punish each female that enters through his gates by making them submit to a strip search that involves an unauthorized gynecological exam. Multiple lawsuits have been filed against Rikers for the practice, but they refuse to stop.

Doctor Lenna Lux makes Stefania strip under fear from the doctor that Stafnia would be stripped of her clothing and dignity if she didn't comply. Once she's completely naked, the doctor makes her bend over, squat, and cough over a mirror. Stefania was placed back in handcuffs before being escorted out of the cell by the female doctor assigned to her.

Stefania finds her situation unfair and becomes increasingly hostile towards the doctor. The doctor fingerprints her before leading her over to the surgical table, has her sit down, and spreads her legs in the stirrups. The doctor begins her examination, telling Stefania she has to inspect for STDs because criminals are dirty people. Stefania has never been so humiliated in her life!

Doctor Lenna Lux throws Stefania back into the cell, completely naked, once the examination is done. Stefania begs for clothing, and finally, the doctor comes back with an ill-fitting orange jumpsuit. When the doctor was gone, Stefania's made a mess of the instrument tray she pulled over with her leg. She begins to make a Ruckus in the jail cell while still completely nude. The doctor tells her to put the jumpsuit on, or the guards will be coming in. Once Stefania finally has the jumpsuit on, she's cuffed. 

The doctor walks out, leaving Stefania to contemplate her fate. She continues to call out for help, afraid of what else Rikers holds in store for her. But her cries fall on cruel ears that love to hear the screams of those under their care.

Stefania struggles in her bonds and finally manages to escape her handcuffs but is still trapped in the cell. Despite her tough exterior, she sits down on the toilet and begins to break down after her humiliating ordeal, realizing escape is improbable.

Rikers Island, the real home of women who are naked and afraid...
