In one incident, ICE set up a college to help deport immigrants after misleading them into joining a school that wasn’t real.  This movie is about how new immigration policies lead to massive mistreatment of illegal immigrants in America. Sheila's ordeal with this strange doctor continues as he has her flip onto her hands and knees, proceeding to probe both her vaginal and rectal cavities. 

Eventually, the doctor asks the guard and nurse to move Sheila over to the surgical table with the stirrups. The same table she had stared at with dread and terror from the cell, wondering at what point they would make her legs apart and into the stirrups. 

Sheila determined that she wasn't sitting on that table or spreading her legs without a fight. Ultimately, she is overpowered by her captors so that the doctor may continue his probing of this vulnerable Latinas pussy.
